Ajay is an award winning Educator, Trainer and Motivator who has been conferred with “The award of Excellence for matchless contribution in Education, Training and Motivation and Personality Development to serve society” in the House of Commons in the British Parliament on 30 April 2024. The award has been bestowed upon him by the World Book of Records London and the Global Indian Organisation.

 

With over 35 years of teaching/tutoring and training experience Ajay is a leading practitioner in the field of education and tutoring. He prefers to call himself an Educator, Trainer and Motivator. Ajay developed his teaching techniques and methodologies by focusing on a traditional and logical step - by - step approach to teaching. The success achieved by his students has led to a great demand for his tutoring service and practices.

His perpetual commitment and passion for education is such that during the entire Coronavirus pandemic he has not cancelled a single lesson and has provided his tutees with an outstanding and uninterrupted teaching and learning experience by conducting online lessons using the best resources, technology and infrastructure.

He provides online tutoring for children living

He is based in Solihull and Birmingham but also caters to various locations in the UK ranging from London - Oxford - Manchester etc.

Students are taught online, in groups and they are generally from top Grammar / Independent / State schools working at and towards top grades. Each group consists of children having similar  academic ability and currently working at the same grade or academic level. Since it is online tutoring, it is as good as one to one tutoring because Ajay is talking directly to each student and they have ample opportunities to discuss something or to clarify their doubts during the lesson.

For each tuition group, there is a parents' WhatsApp group chat where feedback and updates about homework, answers and mark schemes etc are provided after every lesson. Any concerns about individual tutees are conveyed to the parents privately and confidentially.

Most of his GCSE/IGCSE students have achieved grades 9/8 in the new grading system (A*/A according to the old grading system).

Most of his A level students have attained  A*/A grades and have secured admissions to their preferred Universities.

He provides bespoke tuition for Scholarships and Common Entrance for elite Independent Schools (King Edward Schools-Birmingham, Solihull, Edgbaston High School,Kings High, Warwick, Eton, Harrow, Westminster, Winchester, St Paul's, Radley, etc). The tuition fee also includes mock tests/exams and advice and guidance to prepare children for scholarship interviews.

Ajay has taught thousands of students at various schools, colleges and Universities in the UK and India. He has lectured at distinguished colleges and Universities in the UK. His students are spread all over the world. They have secured admissions to top Schools, Colleges and Universities all over the world like Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, LSE, MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Yale etc just to name a few!

Ajay has been a scholar since his school days. He won a National Scholarship from the Government of  India in the year 1988 and was a state topper in Gujarat-India in his Grade 12 (HSCE) exams in the year 1990.
He is an Electrical Engineering Graduate and a Management Post Graduate.

Ajay was a Director/Governor at a prestigious King Edward Grammar School in Birmingham. He has also been a member of various committees like the Curriculum Committee, Pupil Welfare and Student and Staff Discipline Committees. He has in-depth and extensive knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum.

He has trained and mentored thousands of students during Personality Development workshops organised by The Times of India, the world's largest selling newspaper. He has conducted sessions on Goal Setting, Time Management, Positive Attitude and Interpersonal Skills to name a few. He has also conducted Career Counselling workshops for students on behalf of The Times of India.

Ajay has trained engineers and project managers from multinational companies (such as National Grid, Scottish and Southern Electricity, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, O2, Orange, Vodafone, Cadburys etc).

 

Ajay's wife Avani is a partner in their business. Their daughter Anjalee and son Amay also offer tutoring services.

Dr Anjalee Chaurasia is one of the very few graduates in the world who has achieved the rare distinction of being awarded both Medicine and Engineering degrees from Imperial College London, which is the first ranked university in Europe/UK and second ranked university in the world as per QS World University Rankings 2024.
She has a MBBS degree and a degree in Biomedical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College London; She was President of Imperial College School of Medicine Coding Society and Secretary of Imperial College Virtual and Augmented Reality Society. She was Treasurer of Imperial College School of Medicine Surgical Society.

Anjalee was awarded the King Edward Foundation Scholarship and has won several other prestigious scholarships and awards.

Anjalee has been tutoring students for A Level Biology and Chemistry for the past 7 years. All her tutees have achieved A*/A grades. She also provides expert coaching for Medicine entrance exams in the UK such as UCAT and provides guidance for personal statements and medical school interview training schemes. She has  helped in Medicine interviews at Imperial College London and has extensive knowledge and experience of MMI (Multiple Mini Interviews) and panel interview processes in medical schools. All the students she has mentored have achieved top scores in UCAT, BMAT enabling them to obtain places in top medical schools of their preference.

Amay Chaurasia is currently studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the prestigious University College London (UCL).

Amay himself has had great successes throughout his education. At 11+ he was offered several academic scholarships from elite private schools across the country (KES Birmingham, etc). Eventually he accepted the 100% scholarship offers made to him by both Summer Fields, Oxford and Eton College. For his successes he was interviewed by the BBC. At both institutions, he excelled and made a name for himself, winning a variety of prizes. Notably at Eton College, Amay was a winner in the school's premier Politics prize and was the head of the prestigious Eton College Political Society. He also led the South Asian Society at Eton. Furthermore, Amay has been a winner in a wide array of international and national competitions in Economics, English, Philosophy and Politics. He achieved a Gold award several times in the UKMT Senior Maths Challenge and in October 2022 qualified for Round 1 of the British Maths Olympiad, placing him in the top 1000 students in the UK.
At (I)GCSE Amay achieved straight grade 9s in all his subjects and achieved A* (A Star) grades at A-Level.

Over the past 5 years, Amay has coached several students and helped them achieve scholarships to top independent and grammar schools in the UK at 11+ and 13+.He is an expert at creative writing, Maths scholarship questions and interview techniques.
His KS3 and (I)GCSE English tutees are working at/towards grade 9.
All his A level/IB Economics tutees have achieved A*/A grades.
